Return and Refund Policy

At The Roland Method, we’re confident in the value of our course and committed to your satisfaction. If you find that the course isn’t the right fit, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

 

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

• You have accessed no more than 10% of the course content. (Note: Clicking into additional chapters may exceed the 10% threshold, even if you don’t fully watch or read them.)
  

Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved at our discretion after reviewing your access history.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
  
• You have accessed more than 10% of the course

 

How to Request a Refund

You can either go to your online membership portal at TheRolandMethod.com and select Return Order, or

Email us at Support@TheRolandMethod.com with:

• Your full name
  
• Order number
  
• Your wish to return your order 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is purchased within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, unless you explicitly waive that right in order to start accessing the course earlier.
