This website is operated by The Roland Method. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Roland Method. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the course or its materials without our express written permission.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT NATURE & ACCESS

The Roland Method is a digital educational course delivered exclusively through our website. Your purchase grants access to the course content for your personal use only.

Lifetime Access Definition: Lifetime access means access to the course content for as long as The Roland Method continues to offer and support this product online. If we ever choose to discontinue online access, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a limited-time opportunity to download the materials. If you do not download them during that timeframe, access may no longer be available.

We may update the course at our discretion to improve clarity, add value, or address inaccuracies.

SECTION 4 – REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 10% of the course. Requests must be submitted to Support@TheRolandMethod.com.

Refunds will not be granted after 7 days or if you’ve accessed more than 10%. Gifting is permitted only during the refund window. Refunds may be denied if abuse or policy circumvention is suspected.

For EU customers: by accessing the course before 14 days, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

SECTION 5 – COURSE ACCESS, SHARING, & MISUSE

Sharing your login credentials publicly or privately is prohibited.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or reuse of course content (including for derivative works) is strictly forbidden.
Anyone suspected of violating these terms may be permanently banned without refund.
If damages result from reselling or misusing course content, you are liable.

SECTION 6 – GIFTING & ACCOUNT CHANGES

You may gift the course to someone else, but only within 7 days of purchase and before 10% of the course is accessed.

Account email changes are allowed only within the 7-day, 10%-access refund window. No changes will be made after this period.

SECTION 7 – EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

The Roland Method is an educational resource and does not guarantee admission to any college or university. It is not a college admissions service, nor is it affiliated with any institution referenced.

All opinions expressed are those of the course creator. Logos, past affiliations, or institutional references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMERS

We make every effort to keep the course accurate and up to date. However, educational content evolves, and we do not warrant that all information is current. You agree that any reliance on the material is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE OR PRICE

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the course (or any part thereof) at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. Updates to course materials are included during your access period at no additional charge.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials—videos, text, audio, graphics, and downloads—are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of The Roland Method. No part of the course may be shared publicly or privately, reposted, resold, or reused in any format

SECTION 11 – ARBITRATION & DISPUTES

All disputes will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, not litigation. The arbitration will be conducted in New York County, New York. If you are found in violation of these Terms, you agree to pay any legal fees and expenses we incur.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the course or inability to access it. This includes but is not limited to lost admissions, lost time, or lost earnings.

SECTION 13 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, cookies, and personal information.

SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remainder will continue to apply in full force and effect.

SECTION 15 – FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, internet outages, legal changes, or third-party service interruptions.

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the course constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. However, changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter the definition of "lifetime access" as it applied at the time of your purchase.
